    Fire Outlook – Moderate to Light: The primary large fire potential threat will be over northern Los Angeles County and the Kern County Mountains due to gusty winds. Winds should quickly decrease in these areas Friday morning. Initial attach may be moderate through Friday, then light over the weekend into next week.     National Fire Preparedness Level: 2 (On a scale of 1-5, with Level 5 being the highest level of fire activity.) Description:Several Geographic Areas are experiencing high to extreme fire danger. Wildland fire activity is increasing and large fires are occurring in one or more Geographic Areas. Minimal mobilization of resources from other Geographic Areas is occurring. There is moderate commitment of national resources with the potential to mobilize additional resources from other Geographic Areas.
