Stephanie Holloman
Stephanie Holloman serves as a senior leader in Human Resources with the Orange County Fire Authority, bringing a wealth of experience and dedication to supporting the agency’s most valuable asset—its people. Born and raised in Diamond Bar, California, Stephanie is the daughter of Filipino immigrants and comes from a family with a strong tradition of public service; her maternal grandfather was a firefighter in the Philippines who rose to the rank of fire inspector.
Stephanie began her public sector career in 2005, initially pursuing law before finding her passion in Human Resources. She has since led HR teams in various organizations, including as Director of HR for the City of Riverside, before joining OCFA, where she oversees a team dedicated to ensuring employees have the resources, benefits, and support to perform their jobs safely and effectively.
Recognized as a 2023 Chief Human Resources Officer Leader of Distinction by HRO Today Magazine, Stephanie emphasizes the importance of supporting and developing people while fostering a culture of excellence.
Outside of work, Stephanie is a wife and mother of three and enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and traveling—having visited over 20 countries. Her leadership, experience, and commitment to people make her a valued member of OCFA.
