Rebecca Wilson

Firefighter

Rebecca Wilson is a Firefighter with the Orange County Fire Authority. Raised in Placentia, she excelled in soccer at El Dorado High School and Cal State Fullerton, setting school records, earning multiple conference honors, and being named an NSCAA First Team All-American.

Rebecca lives in Long Beach with her fiancé, Sharlene, and enjoys surfing, mountain biking, camping, working out, and spending time with her dog, Duke. She is passionate about mentoring young people and giving back to her community, including serving as an instructor at OCFA’s Girls Empowerment Camp.

Rebecca emphasizes teamwork, respect, and kindness in both her personal and professional life. She encourages young people to “put down your phone, engage with each other, friends and family, and most of all, always be polite,” believing that good manners and a positive attitude can take you far.

Her dedication, leadership, and compassion make her a valued member of OCFA and an inspiration to colleagues and the community alike.
