Battalion Chief Mike Yeun has been a dedicated member of the Orange County Fire Authority since 2005, serving in a variety of roles including Assistant Fire Training Officer, CICCS Coordinator, Administrative Fire Captain, and member of the Technical Rescue Truck Program.

Chief Yeun has extensive experience in incident management at the local, state, and federal levels. He serves as an Incident Commander and Plans Section Chief on the Orange County All-Hazards Incident Management Team and is a member of California Interagency Incident Management Team 8. His work also includes supporting FEMA Urban Search & Rescue operations and participating in national-level emergency management initiatives.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Chief Yeun enjoys traveling with his wife, Melissa, with the goal of visiting all 50 U.S. states and all seven continents.
