Mike & Christian Fleck
Meet the Fleck brothers, Mike and Christian, two firefighters whose dedication and experience exemplify the spirit of OCFA.
Big brother Mike began his fire service career as a reserve firefighter, serving the citizens of San Juan Capistrano. He previously worked with CAL FIRE Riverside, assigned to the city of Temecula, before joining OCFA as a career firefighter. Mike is currently attending paramedic school to further enhance his ability to serve the community. When he’s not at the station, he enjoys desert trips, working on his off-road truck, traveling with his wife, and spending time with friends. Mike is grateful for the opportunities OCFA has provided and feels fortunate to be part of such a great organization.
Younger brother Christian has an extensive wildland firefighting background, including time as a Dalton Hotshot and a helitack crew member for CAL FIRE Copter 301. He also serves as a Recruit Training Officer at the Rio Hondo Wildland Academy, where he received his own training. In his free time, Christian enjoys traveling with his wife, playing music with friends, and tackling house projects.
